We are REVOLVE SPIN. Chatham-Kent’s first and only spin studio experience. That said, you might be wondering, “what is spin?”

 

Spin classes are to crush a killer cardio workout on indoor stationary spin bikes ("boutique-style fitness class") without the high impact joint stress of running or jogging. Bonus, full-body strength training from the resistance wheel.

We built Revolve Spin out of our desire to be a part of something more,

 our desire to push ourselves and our desire to have the community of Chatham-Kent fall in love with indoor cycling just like we did. As the owners, we are passionate about indoor cycling and have hand-selected a group of like-minded instructors to help spread our passion throughout the community. Our goal is to provide support and encouragement for our riders both on and off the bike, bringing forth a sense of community and belonging that extends beyond the four walls of our studio.

Hi! My name is Ben and I’ve been involved in spin for nearly 6 years. I’m so excited to help you reach your fitness goals and have a lot of fun while you do it! My favourite music to play while spinning is EDM and music you can groove to. See you in the studio!

Hi friends! I’m Raquelle, but most of my friends call me Raq. I’ve been spinning for about a year and a half now. I love spin because you get a great workout in, while having a blast! My favourite rides are climb rides- I love the high resistance and low cadence. Can’t wait to see you all on the bike!

Hi my name is Shelby!  I have been working in the health and fitness industry motivating people for the last 4 years. I fell in love with spin after my very first class! My classes are upbeat, challenging and filled with music that makes you want to get up and go - think throwbacks, club bangers and weekend anthems! Fitness is as much a mental game as it is a physical one - come prepared to be motivated, to push yourself further than you thought you could go and leave with a renewed confidence in yourself.

Welcome to Revolve! My name is Kelsey! I’m 27 years old and I love all things fitness, including indoor cycling. Spin is an incredible way to get your body moving because not only does it provide an instructor to guide and motivate you throughout your workout, but you also have a group of people going through the motions with you and holding you accountable. My favourite spin style is interval training because it keeps the session interesting by breaking up monotonous steady-state pedaling and provides a good challenge. I look forward to providing you with some fun, upbeat classes  and challenging ourselves together!!

Hello everyone, my name is Megan! I have worked in the fitness industry since 2017, and have been teaching group fitness classes since 2018. Spin has always been my favourite class to teach! I love the high energy, group vibe that comes with a great spin class. I am very body positive and believe that fitness can look like any shape and size. I believe in choosing activities that are fun and progressive for you. That being said, I aim to teach safe, energetic, and fun (dancing is encouraged) classes to every level of rider! Additionally, I aim to guide you toward elevating your strength, endurance, stamina, and self confidence. I hope to see you in the saddle!
